Cancellation Policy

All in-store and phone appointments are final sale and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our services or products. Please book mindfully and only if you’re fully committed to honoring your time with us. Clients cannot cancel or reschedule their appointments online. If you need to reschedule, you must fill out the Contact Form located on the homepage of our website at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Requests to cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours will result in a $25 fee, and that fee must be paid before you’re allowed to rebook in the future. If you are a no-show (meaning you miss your appointment without reaching out), the $25 fee still applies, and your appointment will be marked as forfeited. We deeply value our time, energy, and spiritual labor—and we expect our clients to do the same. Thank you for respecting our space, our schedule, and our siren standards.
