Cancellation Policy

All appointments, services and products are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please email support@thebluedollarbotanica.com. Please do not use social media or direct messages for appointment support. A $25 Fee will be required or applied if you : - cancel a scheduled appointment - request to reschedule an appointment - arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment - are unavailable for your scheduled phone appointment The $25 fee applies whether or not you choose to reschedule or book another appointment. This fee covers the reserved appointment time as well as the administrative time required for our team to manually manage cancellations, appointment changes, missed appointments and rescheduling correspondence. Clients are provided a 10-minute grace period. Once the 10-minute grace period has passed, the appointment is considered missed and the $25 fee applies. We ask that you reserve your appointment thoughtfully and honor the time you select. Our availability for spiritual services is intentionally limited, and every reserved appointment represents time that could otherwise be offered to another client in search of spiritual assistance. These policies allow us to protect our schedule, honor our spiritual labor and maintain the level of preparation and attention given to every client. Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions included with their purchase, order or reservation. Any instructions provided as part of your booking are considered requirements of the service. Thank you for respecting our time, our spiritual labor and our siren standards.
